I bought a scooty from CREDR franchisee True Bikes, Indirapuram Branch in Aug. They told me that scooty will be transferred to my name within 45- 60 days.
After 45 days when I enquired, they told that the primary owner of the scooter is not in town and will be back in few days. After few days, RTO agent from CREDR side called me to come to sign the transfer papers and I thought finally the work is in progress. I took leave from office and went to RTO office.
After reaching there, I came to know that the scooty was on lease by first owner and there was no NOC available. Agent told me that I will have to ask CREDR about the NOC. I called CREDR customer care and they told that NOC has been expired and they will have to create a new NOC which will take again 12 days. by this time it was already 60 days over. I had to wait for 12 mor days and after not getting any response, I had to call back the customer care again.
Cutomer care confirmed me that the owner is still not in town and it will be done when the owner will come as they need his sign on the NOC. Somehow I got the number of the owner and came to know that he is already in town and is accessible.
I had to call the customer care again and told them that the primary owner is already in town so why is the delay. Customer care rep. told me that the primary owner do not picks up the call when they call him. Now.is it my problem?.do I need to suffer? . Anyways I called the owner and asked him if he can provide the NOC and I will pay the amount needed for the NOC( please note this is the extra bucks I was ready to pay apart from 2000 Rs I have already paid fr transfer at the time of scooty purchase). Oner told me that he will try to get it and will provide me the same.
Now, this is already around 90 days passed and there is no reply from customer care as of 08/11/19. I am still somehow managing the scooty ride with papers in my hand).
Now my questions is
Is it my reposibility to chase the CreDR customer care?. Called them around 20 times to know the status.
Every time they confirmed that they will call me back, which they never did. I bet they dont know how to service the customer.
My wife uses the scooty and if there are no valid documents in the scooty, she may face problems.
Firstly, I would not recommend anyone to buy scooty, bike or any vehicle from CreDR. First of all, after sometime I got to know that the scooty price I paid was much higher that what was available in the market. I was my fololishness that I didnt enquire much before that.
Secondly, the papers transfer process is just a weeks call and they have not done anything even after 90 days. They will never respond you with a satisfactory answer.
Lastly, if you are going to buy the vehicle from there, I am 100% sure, this experience will be your life time experience in a worst to worst way.
I am also attaching the sample call logs. There are many more calls on different days, but cant attach all.
I am mailed them 5-6 times, and again as expected not even a single reply on the mail
