A bitter experience with CredR

A bitter experience.

Booked bike(66040) on 26th Nov. Bike was sold out before booking. I asked for refund of Rs. 2000 for reservation. CredR told me that loan is tentatively approved and asked me select other bike.

Booked one more bike(67928) on 6th Dec. It was showing Rs. 49000 on website. I got bargain call from Aditya CredR saying actual price is 52000. I again asked for refund. CredR told me that there was software error and suggested some other bikes.

I selected one more bike(68532) on 11th Dec. On 12th Dec I got call from CredR saying that bike is available but I have to do cash payment. I again asked for refund and I have to wait 7 more days to get it.

Company can not stand on its words and lacks Cred(R)ibility.
