The LUBE group comprises of Creo Kitchens, Borgo Antico Cucine, Faer Ambienti and Lube Volley. It is their venture into a retail modular kitchen that is Creo kitchens which seem to have failed miserably.
I suffered a hell lot dealing with this company and still waiting for final implementation.
It’s one of those company which advertises a lot and get huge amount of orders but fails at actual implementation.
I Booked kitchen in the first week of September and paid the first instalment in the month of November, expected them to deliver kitchen in 90 days beginning 1st dec as promised at the time of booking. I was also needed to make the kitchen ready at my home as per their specifications which I did in time by end of Feb , but to my surprise there was no progress at their end, although I started following them for delivery mid Feb, it was so unprofessional public dealing at Creo that they seem to think of their customers as fools, It was after continuous follow up with them, though I hardly receive any valid reasons for late delivery, only received excuses like we don’t have updates from warehouse or concerned manager travelling. They were not ready to share details of senior managers as they were strictly told not to disclose to anyone.
It was one good Samaritan working at CREO who gave me one of senior exec. no. that helped me to get the exact details and information which mattered to me otherwise it was all crap I was getting from mid-level-executives. After a lot of insistence, I finally got delivery on 21st March.
The work on kitchen installation started on 24th at my house but it got stuck as the delivery was missing many required components and I have been following them for completing the work for almost a week since they left my house.
They left kitchen and living space in such a bad state that it has disturbed our day to day life.
I shared all my sufferings with them due to an incomplete kitchen but till now there is no exact schedule communicated to me and they are continuously avoiding me again.
They were active with their social media advertising campaigns until June 2016 but they are not actively pursuing it. In my opinion, they are overwhelmed with the orders received and they are unable to deliver what was promised by them. They seem to be avoiding communication with existing customers and installing kitchen orders as per their convenience.
What is most disturbing is the lack of transparency with the customers.
I am thinking of sending them a legal notice if they are not able to complete my kitchen by end of next week
I just thought to share my experience so that no one else suffers the same way.
