Hi Praveen u r absolutely right with ur opinion abt this format of cricket...Cricket is a game of strategy and its abt the mental strength of the individuals who plays the game...But this format simply kills those strategies giving players no time to think or react ...jus like playing a bouncer by opening ur eyes at the last second.
Even players like mascarenas who has the ability to clear boundaries will b considered a premier batsman...No special skills or batting technique reqd to play this formatt....but sadly for the bowlers, they have to suffer this onslaught...Simply think about a game where 10 players r left to play the last 15 overs with full energy.
They definitely goin to hate it....their mental strength is goin to b simply hit by these formats...they will lose their focus even in the regular formatt if this formatt is allwd to continue.....NO PURE CRICKET LOVER WUD LOVE THIS......CRICKET SHOULD BE AN ENTERTAINING GAME BUT NOT A SHOW.....
