Don't worry . Better luck next time

what would you do if your son fails in a exam ?? will u start criticizing him or boost his moral for next exam ?? Answer is very simple and straight that you will boost his moral and say don’t worry I am with you , Its always next time.

Why don’t we apply same thing with our blue men army i.e. our cricket team ?? we should boost their confidence by backing up them. Criticizing someone doesn’t help improving one’s confidence but it does make more nervous. Its a very simple logic that we tend to forget when we talk about our cricket team. We should feel like every member of the team is from our own family and we should say "better luck next time" .we have to boost their confidence by backing up them. its nothing but humanity and better known as Ghandhigiri.

It seems like every member of the team is apprehensive about his position in the team..This is very dangerous thing for a person who is playing abroad for his country. So BCCI should talk individually to each and every member of the team and boost their confidence.

One thing that BCCI should do that to play our national anthem before every match. if not in the ground then at least in the dressing room. I really don’t understand why it doesn’t happen with cricket match. It always happen in every football or hockey match then why don’t with cricket match ?? Playing national anthem before the match is the best way to make our player feel and remember that they are playing for the country. I am sure it will definitely help to boost up their confidence.

Its really easy to blame and criticize Indian team after their defeat against south Africa in the both the last ODI’S ..But firstly we should understand the overall environment n conditions, then only we Should comment..

As we all know Indian pitches are not as fast as there in south Africa. .that is the main reason our players are not able to adjust with the pacy n bouncy wickets over there ..So we should criticize the BCCI for not providing bouncy wickets in India not to Indian players

The very second point is that why din’t we arrange more practice matches over there .It would have given bit of idea to Indian players about African wickets.. So its again the fault of BCCI for not giving more practice matches..

Now let me say a few words about Mr.Chappel.. In the recent series during first one day when India was batting very poorly I saw ( In the TV telecast ) that Mr chappel was reading a novel or something in the dressing room.He was quite relaxed. What would one say to this ?? When your team needs you and your advice, you are relaxing !! Its very unlike to those football and hockey matches where coach is always near to ground and verbally in touch with the players. Its the duty of a coach to see and monitor each and every moment closely.

The reason behind this may be that he is not an Indian and he cant relate his emotions with the players emotions. Players as a whole will definitely feel with same emotions as Indians but Mr chappel wont..So we should have a coach who can relate and feel with Indian emotions specially when chips are down. so we need an Indian coach

At last how can I end without talking about our own Ganguly. We strongly need him in them team as a captain , not just as a other player. Including him in the team just as a player will not be a solution. He is great motivator and planner. we just saw how West Bengal defeated Punjab in Ranji trophy under his captaincy. We should include him in the team irrespective his batting performance. He can also be send in the last to bat but he should be in the team as a captain. We should not forget his previous performance as captain specially in the last world cup. It’s a hard fact that he rarely performed well as a batsman in the last world cup but he took our team in the final. so no matter how he performs as batsman , he should be the captain . Don’t include him in the team to score runs but to captain the team and lead us team to victory .

I remember when india was playin against west indies in westindies, during one of the matches when dhoni was hitting sixes..he was caught at boundry but it was not clear whether the fielder has touched the boundry rop..but he was not given out..even third umpire was not sure about his decision. There was a complete indicisive conditions..at that point Lara had started arguing with the field umpire and ultimately dhoni was declared out..and then dravid had announced the declaration..but the point is why dint dravid walked into the field to save dhoni???..at that time I really felt that ganguly should have been there..I am sure he would have stepped into the ground and would fight for dhoni..so this is the fighting attitude that dravid don’t have ..he is very passive..

so I can say about ganguly that a good king( maharaj ) always makes good strategy to defeat enemy with the help of his army members. Its not necessary for him to go always in the battle field and fight..

Thanx
