Our people in power are absolutely crazy. By not playing against a country because it promotes terrorism, it changes nothing and in fact creates more bad blood. Do our ministers think for a moment that by doing this, Pakistan will stop indulging in terrorist activities?
In fact, politics and sports should be separated. Sportsmen are the messengers of goodwill and deserve to be treated thus. Cricket is a game of gentlemen whereas politics is a game of power brokers who have no idea of the hard efforts put in by the sportsmen to achieve the coveted position in the national team.
