Atlast the new version of Cricket has arrived in INDIA too , that is TWENTY-TWENTY , which is suppose to be more exciting form of cricke than ODI’s .India is hesitating to own this form of the game .but as It is commen in other cricket playing countries , India too finally gave nod to this form of cricket .It is good as people will see some quick fire runs, piles of four’s and sixin just twenty over inning’s.
Cricketing body in India BCCI headed by union minister of agriculture sharad pawar has approved the twenty twenty format in cricket. In domesticcricket it will be introdused and national team will participate in frist tournament of tjis format.Actully many countries like australia , newzilznd , srilanka, south africa , england, west indies and pakistan is already playing in this format .In australia and pakistan the twenty twenty cricker is very popular.
In this form of cricket each team has to play 20 overs inning .the match is over in almost three hour so as a one day match needs seven hour , therefore people can see three match in one night that is what that makes this game very popular day by day .In india , BCCI is planning to organised three match per night therefore it will be like cricket carniwal.Atleast bcci has sure that a lot of money will involve in this format too in prize ane gift .
But what is more importent is how player’s takes it.offcourse there will be debate on it .though many former player are in favour of this format. this shorest version of cricket might put some problem with player as there are more role for batsman rather than bowlers.but let us enjoy the flood’s of big shot in the stadium which is not far now.
