This is a program for reptile buffs and also for animal lovers..
This guy is simply too good. You can see his exploits from amazon to remote islands of Madagascar. Though a bit more involved with australian zoo at the moment.. its still worth watching.
Most striking thing is his honesty and passion for the work. He is also kind and compassionate.
There was a really good episode recently where the other guys played tricks on Steve. Some guy claiming to be arabian prince wanted to buy a camel and give a huge funding in return...Steve was in a big jinx ...watch the rerun of this episode.
The best episode which I saw was one where Steve goes to Hilltops in madagascar and showcases strangest animals on this planet.. beautiful scenery and amazing cinematography and presentation.

1.Mark O Shea’s big adventure: This guy rivals steve in passion... concentrates mainly on reptiles and big snakes.Had been to India and that episode where he catches a king Cobra is worth watching.
2.Animal Planet showcase.: good collection fo general documentaries.
- Steve austin’s Most dangerous.. awesome guy... takes a lotsa risk.. but real good
check the episode when he lists the most dangerous snakes of Africa(count down ) and actually gets bitten in the process...
4.Most extreme: Top ten animals/creatures.. which are extreme in some perspective.. really good... they have most extreme hunters, most extreme feeders.. etc..
