I have been using the Croma 1.5 Ton 3 Star Split AC for the last 4 years, and I must say — it has been a reliable and consistent performer. Unlike many online reviews that talk about products just after purchase, this is a real review based on long-term usage.

The cooling quality is excellent. Even during peak summer months, the AC cools down the room within 10–15 minutes. The airflow is powerful, and the cooling spreads evenly across the space. I’ve used it in both smaller and medium-sized rooms, and it works efficiently in both.
? Build & Design:
The indoor unit has a simple and clean design, which blends easily with any room decor. The remote is also user-friendly, with clear buttons and responsive operation.
? Power Efficiency:
Being a 3-star rated model, it offers decent energy savings. My monthly electricity bills have stayed under control even during continuous use in summer. It’s not ultra-efficient like a 5-star, but it strikes a good balance between performance and power consumption.

One of the biggest reasons I’m writing this review is because of a real incident:
After 3 years of use, the PCB ( Printed Circuit Board) got damaged. I was worried it would cost a lot, but thankfully, it was replaced free of cost under warranty. The only downside was that it took around 9–10 days to complete the process — which I felt was a little too long, especially during summer.
However, once repaired, the AC has been running flawlessly again.
