Purchased this product when it was launched in 2014, within 6 months it stopped working and gave for repair, they changed the motor and it was again working with not so good suction power. after 2 years now it is not working again.
being Tata product I was expecting better durability but it failed our expectation and suction power is not good at all. it keeps stopping after use of 15-20 minutes and become very hot so once it cools down only then it works again.
Tata is wasting their name for such product better they don’t make them and sell them
Additional update:
Croma has decided to give us replacement rather repairing 2nd time. but they are asking us to give them original box, all accessories given with bill.
