Very disappointing customer support experience.
The only positive aspect is that service requests are promptly created upon sending an email however, they are often closed without any actual resolution.
I had raised a complaint in August regarding my washing machine. A technician visited and mentioned that he would return with a replacement motor, but after waiting two weeks, the ticket was closed without resolving the issue.
After following up again through email, another technician visited, but the same cycle repeated four more weeks passed with no progress.
Technicians keep assuring that they will revisit with new parts, yet the problem remains unresolved. It has been nearly three months now, and it feels like they are just experimenting instead of fixing the issue.
