Just in 1 year motor got damaged

I recently had the unfortunate experience of needing assistance from Croma’s customer support for my washing machine, and I must say, I am extremely disappointed with the entire process.


So I reached out to Croma’s customer support team 2 week back. Initially, I was hopeful as I was assured that a technician would be dispatched to resolve the issue quickly. However, the entire experience has been frustrating and inefficient.


I had to wait an unreasonable amount of time before hearing back from them. After multiple calls and follow-ups, I was still not provided with clear updates on when the technician would arrive with motor.


Despite the multiple visits and communication attempts, my washing machine issue remains unresolved, and it’s been 2 week I find this level of service completely unacceptable, especially considering the amount of time and effort I have invested in trying to resolve this.


I would strongly recommend that Croma improve their customer support system. Efficient communication, timely service, and effective repairs should be a priority for any company, and unfortunately, my experience has been a letdown on all fronts.
