I Purchase Sony M2 from croma store in Total Mall off Sarjapure Road on sept 02 2014.One of the Croma Staff open box and find that mobile not getting ON, so he put my Mobile on charging, after 10 min again when I ask why not mobile getting On then staff again pushed forcefully charger in Mobile then my mobile get started.
Croma Staff damaged the Charging port when pushed forcefully charger in front of me.Finally I submitted the mobile in Croma Total Mall and asking for replacement, Croma Finally Called Me on 29th Sept 2014 Stating that, we will repair the mobile, I dont have any other choice so I Agreed and after then he close my complain.
From that Day to Till now 56 days when Ever I Call and ask update ONLY ONE ANSWER.We Dont Know Sir, Poor Customer service. Finally I got my mobile on 85th day.my mobile full of scratch and I complain but they dont respond.poor service
