Croma JP Nagar sells used, defective or returned products that are re-packed by them to look like brand new. I bought a portable audio player from Croma JP Nagar 2 days ago. Turned out that it was a used/defective piece, which was serviced by a sevice center in JP Nagar. Croma guys by mistake had not removed the work order receipt from the product/box and fortunately thats how I found it was defective. When I raised this problem with the staff they were unapologetic and indifferent. Fortunately, I got a refund, but I had to argue wit them for it. Dont know about other Croma branches, but there are a lot of better stores in Bangalore/JP Nagar you can opt for than Croma. As another review in Mouthshut says, Croma is certainly a disgrace to a great company/brand like Tata. Sad.
