Today we went into Croma, Kormangala near Sony World signal to buy a ’PS3 320GB Move’ which was advertised (Bangalore Times, Nov 5 2010) at 22490/- along with two free games. I saw in the store that the ’PS3 320GB Move’ is a bundled product with the Move components included. After following up with them for about 45 minutes, the store folks refused to sell it at 22490/- and insisted that I pay 23490/- for it. The product price printout in the store also reads 22490/-.
I fail to understand why and the guy says, it is a different product that was advertised. I know, there is a 320GB PS3 without the move components which sells for 22490/- but, I went in to get what was advertised not what was being forced on me. If there was a genuine mistake atleast have a note or a printout explaining the error instead of refusing sale.
