I got a Croma Tablet on May 30, 2014 and within a couple of weeks it was not charging and the screen was blinking. I went to Croma store from where I purchased it and they told me I will have to go to the service center. best part is nobody knows where the service center is located. I called the customer care they tell me there is one service center in Bangalore but I couldn’t get the exact address. I am horrified with the service.
