Same experience

When they know  that prices are reducing soon for some hinted products,  They will try to push only those products much and after sales also I interacted with costumer care executive and response was very bad.


They are not bothered to respond to mail/query, etc. Looks like they are concentrating only on sales. NOT WRT customer satisfaction OR customer need. I am planning to cancel my extended warranty also.


But they supporting/not responding at all.
