I came to know about the PORTABLE AC from a croma sales guy. I wanted something like a portable AC , so I went for it. On 16th of April I went to CROMA, anna nagar branch and enquired about the AC. and as per the area manager they didnt ve stock, so I ve to pay the complete money as advance to get it with in 7 -10 days as a max as lot of people are in queue. I asked him can I pay half of the amount and rest I ll pay after 3 days. And his reply was "Sir we dont do such kind of business". Then I paid the complete money (20K) and happily came home.
Then my waiting period started. 7 days went off, 10 days went off..15days went off...I used to call the showroom and ask , and the reply was "sir just 2 days" . Finally went to the show room and asked the status. I met the sales manager "Mr Patel". And as per his words it can take another 15-20 days. And he committed me he ll let me know the final status by next 2-3 days , so that I can opt something else. And after 3 days I again went to the show room. And came to know the stock is arrived.
Now delivery - " Sir stock came, we ll be delivering u with in 2 days " .. again 2 days became 5 days. I got my AC on Friday means 6th of MAY.
Its time for Installation :
The guy called from croma and committed sir tomorrow we are coming for installation.
Satday went off sunday gone. Again I went to the show room by sunday evening and asked status. then a lady, may be the customer care officer, she enquired and again committed engineers ll there at my hoe by 9.30 to 10 am . I was waiting till 11.30 and started to office.
After reaching office I called them and asked about the installation. they told for sure we coming today. Its evening , I am still waiting. Finally I thought lets put in the review discussions.
So please dont get fooled with those guyz. Some times I felt like go and heat that guyz head...anyway..take care while buying.
I will update the AC details once it starts working .
