Would like to express and report my dissatisfaction towards a pathetic experience with the after sale service of original Croma Air-conditioner bought less than a year ago.. The AC doesn’t actually cool even a square inch of my room.. water leakage and sparking problems are just the by stories anyway.. registered the complaint 4 times in 2 weeks.. no response what so ever.. last complaint number was DEL110513fs00021..
If there are people in CROMA who work.. other than the ones selling..
Kindly get it taken care of else i’ll at least propagate everyone around me to never trust the bloody brand..!!!!
