I bought Sunflame air heater on 21st Dec 2014 at Croma retail shop Dwarka, Delhi and on 29th Dec 2014 itself it stopped working(Almost a week) on calling croma helpline they called to contact the Sunflame service center saying they can’t help or replace.
On asking Sunflame service center contact number, Customer care asked to google it myself. What is the use of buying from retail shop if they don’t help you if the product is not working within a week of purchase. Will not recommend Croma to anyone.
