I took microwave from Secunderabad Croma with extended warranty. I raised a complaint with them.a person visited my home and open the microwave.after sometime he told I’ll come tomorrow and the unit needs to take to service center.
He never came back and the number when I dial .a rude person is using filthy language. Called call center 100 times no response. I suggest not to purchase any thing from Croma Secunderabad. This big stores full people wiith advertisement, better to go to small shop who take care of the people needs better.
