Horrible commitment on delivery. The washing machine was purchased on 22/2/14 at 12.46 pm. I asked the sales person(sachin), can the product be delivered the same day of purchase. He replied very bluntly that it will be delivered only the next day. The tone and pitch was like a government officer doing a great favour by telling me the process. When I asked him, can I take it in my car he said that is not possible. He promised it to be delivered on 23/2/14 . I confirmed the date of delivery at the cash counter, I was told the same. I called the help line next day 3 times and each time I was told that it will delivered on 23/2/14. When I called for the last time and asked for the store, the stores manager accepted that he committed a mistake at 5.45 pm. I was expecting the store to call me and let me know that they have messed up with my delivery and that it will get delivered on 24/2.
They have spoiled my entire weekend I kept waiting for them the entire day.
A very lousy service from a Tata brand. I will think twice before I buy any thing from croma. I am not sure what service I will get if I need service on the product.
