Croma support is really pathetic, we bought the LED TV 42 inch from Preet Vihar Center, Delhi. DEL020615FS00021(Complaint number)
We bought this TV on 2nd may, 2015 and this TV no working since 24th may. We complaint and closely doing followup with support staff. however they are not able to provide support.
While selling they commit tall promised but actually all promises about support is fake. they are least bother about support and service to the consumer.
There are many other customer unhappy with the services. but still due to marketing skill and misguiding to the customer towards chroma brand. Till now we are waiting for support but no one take responsibility to provide that.
