Croma Malad staff are really arrogant

I purchased a philip home theater system from croma malad which went off due to motherboard issue in just couple of months. Philips asked me to contact Croma for further assistance. I went to Croma with the system. Firstly no one attends me for 45 minutes which is really rude and unprofessional. After that a Croma Executive came and I explain him the scenario so he told me to contact philips. I told him that philips asked me to contact croma and things are just going round and round and I want the system fixed asap. He went to discuss the issue with his senior and they clearly denied to accept the product. I called philips and asked the Croma executive to talj with philips and they said that they are not allowed to do so. After arguing for couple of minutes I escalated the issue to the Store Manager and then the things falls in place. I just want to share that the Croma executive was so rude and arrogant as in he is doing some favor to me. Also the senior executive was very unprofessional and he too is not aware of the procedure. How can such a big brand hire such employees who dont even have manners to talk with customers. Really angry and will going to escalate this issue with the top heirarchy of croma as we are paying croma and not begging to them and will not tolerate such rude behaviour with the customer.
