Had a very bad experience of buying TV from Croma. Croma sales representatives don’t understand their products. Can’t explain the product in detail. I was told before buying the TV that it can connect to internet even using wireless router. After the TV is installed I came to know that I have to buy extra dongle to connect to wireless.
That stupid sales person don’t even understand what WiFi ready means. WTF.. now I have to return TV. Show them the bill, talk to their managers why I want to return tv and on top of that their sales rep. Suggesting me to exchange tv with another one with 4000/- extra.
