This is about Croma retail online
Normally anybody who shops would think of a TATA subsidiary as trustworthy & so did i,
but trust me they are there among the worst in business.
I placed an order for=Paramount Pillow uSleep Orthopedic Cervical Support Pillow(Large)"= of MRP 5500.00(prepaid order) on "15/10/14" & I received wrong item Paramount OrthoSleep lumbar back support of MRP 1900 /- on 22/10/14.
So how does it feels to receive a wrong item & that too after a week long wait?And mind you they are only half an hour away from my place! I called them to hear, send us the pics & I did the same & till date they have
not even arranged the reverse pickup forget about delivery of the right product.
I have called them number of times to speak to their clueless so called customer supportexecutives. I have shopped with most of the e-retailers but this along with infibeam has managed to frustrate me to no end.
Needless to say, I am not gonna shop with this site ever again.
You know how it feels when you call their customer support after so many prior communications only to hear that helpless and clueless executive.I would not recommend anybody to frustrate themselves with this obnoxious management of croma, tata, infiniteretail or what else they wud like to call themselves.
Nobody cares what tata vata they belongs to but tata should care cause this is related to them.
20 days since the prepaid order placed but still waiting, clueless!
They are pathetic, very pathetic.
After keeping my money for over 1 month, making me wait for such a long time, harassing me mentally with no response & communication, they call me to say - "Product is not available with us" but we will provide you with 100% refund, as if they are doing a big favor to me by returning my money after delivering to me a wrong product. They have very poor management to say the least.
