I cannot believe that Croma belongs to the Tata group. I bought a panasonic microwave from their Sion store but the brand new piece wasnt working. The engineer came and saw for himself and made a report of it. but no idea or intimation of when a new piece will be delivered to me. It is 12 days since this has taken place. I have called the call center a few times but their is no result. Someone called up 2 days ago and said a new piece will be delivered yesterday but that has not happened. There is no follow up.
I now have a brand new microwave that doesnt work. Lousiest service and waste of my time and money .
Would not recommend croma to anybody and hopefully tata group takes this seriously and does something about their lousy customer service.
