I just bought an LG led tv from croma and within 10 days the TV has failed to live up to expectation causing several problems and finally shutting down permanently . While buying the TV I had asked for a warranty card to which they replied that there was no need and it generally does not come with the TV.
On the day of delivery the TV was brought as if it was scrap, wrapped in a bubble bag without box and with the equipments(remote, wall bracket.) without even packing.After I booked my complaint against the LG, the customer care assured me that no product is sold without warranty card and I might be charged if I dont have one.
The company has no control over the sales executive working over there as I saw the rates changing from different executive as if it was like a fish or grocery market.Also people please dont buy the appliances which are only kept as the display piece or said to be of liquidation as these devices are faulty
