I recently took a Ref and TV from Croma and overall from purchase to delivery was a good experince. Ofcourse I had to chase / folloup the guys to ensure that delivery happens in time.
One note of caution - If you have free gift entitled to and are out of stock ensure you follow up and collect those.
Comparison
1> With Vijay Sales - Visited Vijay Sales but the sales buys didn’t seemed to be so customer centric where as in Croma they were and made me feel at home.
2> With NEXT - I heard bad stories about NEXT so didn’t step in NEXT.
