I bought a Lenovo Ideapad Z570 from Mega Mall, Oshiwara Chroma store. Trying to deal with the inconvenience since 3 MONTHS! Defected Laptop, NO proper guidance while purchase which has cost me almost 9K more than MRP! I’m trying to contact them by emails & calls but no proper response from their end & also visiting there store as much as possible but they keep on delaying everything. I would never recommend anyone to purchase any product from Chroma store.
If you don’t want to face such problems directly purchase product from the Brand store or any other store but not from Chroma. Very Slow & Disgusting service **And no guarantee of the product as the service is too slow so you have to wait for months & you have to call them millions of times, email them & also you have to regularly visit them with your problems & then if they are in mood then only they will listen to your problem, JUST listen to your problem & that’s it.
You can’t expect a solution from them. Chroma is kind of bloody SARKARI STORE.Stay away from Chroma store if you want your life simpler & better.
