After multiple visits to different Croma stores and waiting for days, they finally received a call from Croma Piplod that the watch will take around 15-20 days to replace, and they could either wait or buy something else from Croma within 1-2 days. The customer had to buy a watch they didn’t like, as they had already spent money at Croma. Overall, the customer had to waste a lot of time and money and received a zero-satisfying response from Croma stores.
