I have bought chroma washing machine from chroma Marathalli branch and my washing machine needs some service and parts need yo change I have already raised ticket in December 2014 and still this group of idiots not able to help me.so many calls and follow up still they are making nonsense excuse.
I suggest everyone not to buy anything from here instead spend money on charity instead of giving it to this charters
