I have ordered an LED from this worst site. At the time of order it was available and after few days I came to know that it is not delivered me due to lack of stock. I haven’t got even a single mail regarding that.
The story doesn’t end here when I have requested the refund they said me it will be refunded within 7 working days. After 7 working days I called them thrice they replied me that the finance department is still working on the same.
What a shiittt I mean a TATA enterprises is not able to refund ma money back i.e. only Rs. 8000/-. This was the worst experience I ever had when I bought something online.
