I have a very bad experience with Croma online service,
They did not deliver my product for 1.5 months. I have made many calls on the customer care number but they didn’t give any satisfying answer. After 1.5 months I got my refund as a gift card, so I had contact with the Croma store(Jaipur). Mr. Manish helped, Manish, assured me that he will help me completely and will not let any trouble happen. He helped me a lot and got me a vacuum cleaner. Really very appreciate his hard work and dedication for his company’s repo. He deserved more than 5star. All the best Manish for your bright future. You are a very reliable and honest person.
