Ordered AC on 11/09/2018. Checked website on 12/09. No update. Website is not working since 13/09, I could not log in & hence, could not see any update on my order. Called customer care. Told that product will be delivered on 14/09. Late in the evening received a call from croma enquiring wheher I got product or not? Got a msg also hoping that I had a dlightfull experience with croma. Checked with customer care. Given bluedart tracking number which only tells that shipment is picked up from their ovali warehouse but destination of consignment was not mentioned. I doubt the correctness of my shipment number & currently do not know the status of my order after 3 days of payment. Horrible?
