The Whole Story starts on 31 Dec 2013, Up in morning office i came across a deal in croma. I was very much excited to see the deal, which was they were selling Andriod Phone xoloQ600 for 5000 INR only while in markets it was priced at 7500K.
And i finally bought the deal and received phone on 6 Jan. But sad to say the phone speakers were not working (order id 122127.
As per request, I returned phone to Croma immediately and got acknowledgement on 11 Jan and requested for replacement. The croma customer care called me, the product not available in stock and committed to give 100 % refund (despite the handset was available in website for sale on same day). So, as per communication i sent the mail giving my name and address details for cheque dispatch (as it was COD order, they said cheque will be mailed) on 23 rd Jan 2014. But till today ie. 11 feb i have called more than 20 times to customer care and have spoken atleast 20 mins each time. Have raised the issue to higher managers thrice. Every time i get a standard response, "Sir its with finance department and we are working on it, give us 24 hrs"
I have totally lost trust on buying any items from croma. I urge my friends and every one here to not to fall to such tempting deals and fall prey to worst online shopping site Cromaretails.
