We purchased LG washing machinefrom Croma during 2017 mid year. Not even the warranty period is lapsed the washing machine started to give problems from year 2019 beginning tremendously.
Complaints raised to croma many a times no use as the complaint tickets were closed automatically stating problem resolved.
When spoke to LG customer care on this they told we are not responsible for product bought from croma.
Now either the product was not original like second hand products were sold out to customers or defect product was sold we are not aware.
Customer care in croma behaved badly when we called in this regards.
So please think before when you buy products from such careless franchise dealers or retailers who does not care for the products they promoted to customers.
