I had purchased one Voltas Window Ac and a Front Load LG washing Machine from the Croma store in South Extension in Delhi. However, it has been a harassment ever since. We had only purchased the items on the condition that they would be delivered and installed within the next three days and the sales staff at the showroom, one boy by the name of Shiv Shankar had promised us regarding that.
The items were purchased on 21/1/15 with cash payment and till the next week our AC was still lying outside waiting to be installed. I called Croma customer service many times after that and they kept putting me from one call to another every time asking me to wait for 48 hours. When I called to enquire with the Voltas people, they informed me that no such request had reached them from Croma to install the AC.
Finally the Voltas people arrived on 28th January and found out that the AC remote was not functioning. They took our compliant to change the remote and there has been no response ever since. We again called Croma and registered the compliant. One girl called me from South Extension showroom and told me she was following up on the compliant and that it would be resolved in 48 hours. After 48 hours she has never called me back to ask about the complaint and no one is answering that phone number. I get at least 2 review calls from Croma everyday and when I tell them its been a horrible experience they just apologise and hang up, its like we are constantly talking to computers and not real people. The store managers phone is out of reach and the sales person is not taking our calls.
