I purchased lot of stuff from Croma Rajarhat in kolkata. But the experience I had with delivery schedules and the unresponsiveness from the salespersons is contrary to what One expects from a TATA concern. The undelivered item was informed to me as delivered and when the salespersons were contacted they never received the call or the whatsapp messages. Ive already taken up the matter with Customer Care but Im worried that in case of any defective supply or any malfunction of product whether at all Ill be getting any post-sale service.
