We were just fond of SMART WATCHES, wanted to get it from the Branded Store.
Finally, we stepped into the TATA CROMA STORE(Anna Nagar),
On that day(Sunday) A/C was not working in the store, its crowded with full of customers, and salesman is busy with their works and not even to bother or enquired.
Finally, Sales man approached us and inquired and displayed Smart watches and suggested to go with “FIRE BOLT NINJA SMART WATCHES”.
At first, we hesitated and decided to purchase a couple watches for me and for my wife bcoz(Her color choice which was available only in that brand).
After the few months, its started giving a display problem in my wife watch and strap has got broken in my watch.
We had spent almost 5k for our watches, but it’s in scrap box now, I request tata not to promote cheap quality products in your store.
We just trust blindly bcoz of your quality. If it continuous you will lose all the valuable customer like us.
