I had bought an LED TV from CROMA 2 months back. It started having horizontal lines on the screen. Raised a complaint online, and they immediately closed it without notifying me.
I didnt give up, raised another complaint and the engineer came to investigate the "TV". Finding it faulty, he said the TV will be replaced within 2/3 days.
It has been 9 days and no response or update from anyone from Croma. When I called the customer care(2days back), the gentleman said, he will notify the store the resolve the issue on priority.
And guess what, till now, no response. Now I am forced to go to the store to get an update.
