I bought a powebank from Croma recently, when I opened the product I was shocked to see that the seal of the product was broken & original packing of the product by the manufacturer was severally damaged.
Further when I see the product then I also see some scratches of usage on the product & some internal parts of the product are shaking in the product as it is broken from inside. All these situations indicated that the product was used by somebody & Croma has sold me damaged & used item. Now to usage, when I checked the product for its usage then I see that its blue lights are on, but the product is not working at all.
CROMA is known for its quality & customer satisfaction & I have bought several items in the past through CROMA which were very good. However this time, CROMA have made an impression that is going to made a very bad impact on its customers like me.
Overall I am very unhappy with this order & will never suggest anone to buy from Croma.
