My laptop had issues with charging for which I contacted them. the executives were highly reluctant in taking up my product for repair as there was also some physical damage(apart from he charging problem) which was not covered in warranty(and for which I offered to pay). On some persuasion, my laptop was sent for repair. 10 days and no intimation at all despite contacting the staff.
Finally on the 11th day they tell me that they havent even opened the damn laptop as physical damage might aggravate(I was using the laptop even on the day I gave it for repair). They asked me to come over to their place, handed me over a receipt and asked me to go to the service centre myself all the way to nehru place. They told me that it was something that I had to go in person and approve of the needed repairs for which I had to pay!
I offered that I would pay in advance if hat be needed for confirmation and asked for that to be arranged over phone. But no heed was paid to my requests by the highly unhelpful executive. Anyways, I went down there, and the service centre people told me that they had already communicated with croma that all they needed was a confirmatory call, and that this was told to them a week back! And this is how they treat a customer who had purchased extended warranty from croma!
pathetic service!
