The worst customer service I have experienced. This is not with only croma, all TATA group is same in provide service. I took a 1 ton air conditioner. As I shifted I put-in a request for uninstallation and was told that the same will be done within 3 days.
I didnt got any call from croma and called back on 4th day. To my surprise, I was told that my request is closed as I didnt picked the call from technician. After that new request was taken and even this time till 3 days I didnt got any call and after multiple calls and complaint the uninstallation was done. here comes the harassment part.
I put in a request of reinstallation at my new address till 4 days there was no call, though I was calling the call center reguarly for this and has also put-in a online complaint, as expected no one turned up. On the 5th day I spoke to the manager of customer care Ms. Surya Pillai and was told that she is unable to connect to the technician and the reinstallation will be done on the very next day.
Till end of day I waited and again called up the call center and spoken to surya and I was told that they dont provide reinstallation service. Everytime u call them atleast 30 min is gone. This is the service of Croma. Never ever buy any products from there even if u are getting the best of discounts.
