Actually Cromaretail and Tatacliq are the same website and the show the products on their website as available, but at the time of delivery those product become out of stock. They also have a worst service that some of their products are only available for pickup from store. I just ordered a mobile from their partner site(i.e. Tatacliq) and its a pickup from store order as no home delivery for the product is available. When I go to croma retail store they replied me that the mobile is out of stock and it was some technical error in our website so it is showing the device available. we initiate cancellation, and we refund your money through cheque. I ask if I pay you via online then you also have to refund online. but they say for online refund payment we charge 2.5% extra charges.
