I have ordered rechargeable Sony battery through Croma online website for direct pickup from croma store. The website shows the MRP Rs 925.00 whereas with discount the product will be priced to customer at Rs 605.00. When I visited the store the product MRP was Rs 825.00 with manufacturing date Jun’2012. I asked why I will take 3 yrs old product.
Then store informed me that as per order specification this is the product to be delivered. Then I asked show me the same MRP of the product which I have ordered. I have left the product pickup and raised a online complain. The complain is still live after 14 days/ 2 weeks. There one tollfree no. available but customercare does not care. Amount paid, item not received even after more than 2 weeks.
