I have a worst buying experience from Croma. What they commit when you go to store to buy something and what they deliver is different. I bought IFB microwave oven on 28th of Aug through store. They said every microwave oven there will be a starter kit free and when delivers next day after booking through I didn’t receive anything other than microwave oven. I called six times to customer care and there is no updates so far. Over all it is a bad experience and everyone should think about buying anything from Croma. It is not a good place to buy anything.
