I had purchased a mobile phone, The HTC 8X from cromaretail.com on the 6th January 2014 and got delivery of the product on the 8th of January, on the 11th I realized that my Camera wasnt functioning, so I called croma Helpline and they asked me to get a DOA certificate from HTC which I did and on the 12the I lodged a pick up and refund of the product wherein I got a token for 16th as the pickup date. Today is the 23rd and they still havent picked up the product, 7 days its Been and every single day I call and ask them whats happening and they promise me on each day since the 17the that the next day the pick up would happen.
Today they had the nerve to accuse me of not picking up calls and that they approached me and my product was not ready for shipment when I have screen shots of my call log and Ive also been home all day for the past two weeks where as during that time I ordered for a new product and its delivered the next day. really? Horrible Service.

Thoroughly displeased and they should be embarrassed to call themselves a Tata enterprise.
