I had purchased a cordless phone from CROMA Retail on 01st Feb 2016. They delivered a box to me on 06th Feb with a refurbished phone and without power adapter. Upon calling the customer care they advised me to send them mail with photographs of the product.
After lot of mail & phone calls they arranged for a reverse pick up and asked us to keep the document ready. On 13th Feb the courier guy came for reverse pick up and refused same due to want of some form 402. Upon contacting their customer support, they have asked me to send a mail to them requesting for the form 402.
What an horrible experience. In my wildest of my dreams I will not look at croma retail for online shopping.
