I bought Crompton Ozone 88 Desert Cooler from a dealer’s shop from Jacob Pura, Gurugram in June 2021.
Warrently yet to expire on 30th June 2022.
Cooler had a very bad water leakage problem. Had to replace it immediately on the same day.
In just a day, noticed the air deflectors are falling downwards on their own. Had to call service guys and fix that.
Hardly used it for 15-20 days last year.
This year I just used it for 4-5 days castor wheels started jamming and screws started coming out. Wheels could not stand the wight of 88 Kg of water.
Still under warrenty, called ther service guy to fix it and he fixed it with’gatte ka tukda’(piece of cardboard) as a filler for castor wheel alignment.(as seen in the photo)
In just another day that also started falling off and finally I have to remove all the wheels.
When asked to replace the wheels, service guy said warrenty is only for motor and not for plastic body or wheels.
Now I am using another trolley tray with castor wheels and using that.
Totally dissatisfied with this pathetic quality cooler.
I recommend to go for some other brand.
